I work in Dawlish and at The Devon Clinic in Paignton. So just choose which is more convenient for you. All sessions start with an initial consultation and we discuss what you want to achieve. I will explain what hypnosis is and allay any fears you may have and also explain the procedure of the hypnosis so there are no surprises. 

 I would recommend up to six sessions , but some people require less and some more.
We discuss your progress at the beginning of each session and that helps determine how many you may need or want, it really is up to you.
