I have to admit that I was a little bit nervous and slightly sceptical about having my first hypnotherapy session, but within no time at all Rebecca had me feeling relaxed, reassured and safe. Rebecca explained the whole process and made me feel totally comfortable and I knew I was in the right place.
Hypnotherapy isn't a 'quick fix', to start with you've got to want to help yourself to change your mindset, and not to be entering into it for anyone else, it has to come from you.
Well, what an incredible journey I've been on! Each session was completely mind blowing. Rebecca was excellent and I could not have believed that we could achieve so much and have such breakthroughs after each meeting! Rebecca was professional, empathetic, encouraging and empowering. I felt positive and determined, with each session staying with me helping me to reach the set achievable goals.
Rebecca was so very encouraging and praised me highly with any accomplishments, she was sensitive, calming, and her style and techniques really worked for me. After each session I left feeling relaxed, believed in, having all the tools I needed to help me, excited about my next session and the future and slightly exhausted, but in a good way!
I truly cannot recommend Rebecca more highly. With her affable demeanor, calm manner and professionalism she is the perfect therapist.

Before starting my hypnotherapy with Rebecca, my experience had been a brief few sessions with someone over 20 years ago. I’ll be honest, I was a little anxious as I don’t like to be out of control and wasn’t too sure what would happen at each session. I needn’t have worried; Rebecca explained everything in a calm and reassuring manner and built my trust. I felt confident in her knowledge and that she understood what I hoped to gain from the sessions. I was struggling massively with menopausal insomnia and anxiety and through my sessions I not only felt calmer after each session but Rebecca provided me with a variety of methods to try myself to help when the feeling of panic was overwhelming or when yet another sleepless night lay ahead.
I have since recommended hypnotherapy to a number of people, but most specifically Rebecca. Her calming voice, warmth and professional manner was superb.

I had a confidence building hypnotherapy session with Rebecca, I felt contained and safe and well cared for. The hypnosis state was reached in the most gentle and reassuring way. I felt safe and content in her hands. Over the following weeks the niggling voice that says you cannot do this or that, you are not good enough became much reduced. This session was a worthwhile and positive experience. I would definitely recommend this kind of hypnosis. Rebecca was skilled at r delivering it and it was just what I needed.

I have never been hypnotised before and was sceptical about what was going to happen.
However, she explained the process and immediately I started to relax.
Rebecca has such a calming voice and although I thought I wouldn’t respond , to my surprise my unconscious state soon took over my body.
Despite my initial scepticism I was able to fully embrace the experience thanks to the calming environment Rebecca created and was able to put my full trust in her.
Coming out of my trance like state I felt refreshed and relaxed, feeling the benefits of the hypnosis when I returned to my full state of consciousness.
